Proship doesn't mean you like every ship, or every dynamic, or anything like that. It just means you support a person's right to ship. You can be proship and disagree with someone's ship. You can be proship and not like problematic content . The only requirement for being proship is thinking people shouldn't be harassed for fictional content. This means that, yes, proshippers still have nOTPs, Squicks, Drivers, Triggers, etc.
